so this is my shitty mobile phone xperia x10 mini pro. which only has android 2.1 as its latest version. and most people/forum says that sony is not gonna release a newer version for that phone. T-T. the bad thing about 2.1 is, you cannot save the app downloaded via market into the memory card. so basically, you CANNOT download too much thing from the market, as it can only be stored in the phone internal memory ==. so i googled 'android 2.3 for xperia x10 mini pro' and came across this forum. and tried to update my phone into 2.3 using the rom there. Obviously, it isn't an official release LOL. some other user, probably some pro make that rom. i almost BRICKed my phone =O it means my phone almost become a junk metal. cause it required factory reset to install the rom. which means all the system HAS TO BE ERASED. i misunderstood a step after the factory reset and did it wrongly. and then i switch on my phone and. nothing happened after the start up logo thing. luckily, i did back up the whole system as told. and reset it back. PHEW. then i try it again LOL. it works this time. heh. now i am using android 2.3, at least better la, but still a shitty phone lol.
